2. ๐—ฆ๐—ฒ๐—ฐ๐—ผ๐—ป๐—ฑ๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐˜† ๐—ผ๐—ฟ ๐˜ƒ๐—ถ๐—ฐ๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐—ถ๐—ผ๐˜‚๐˜€ ๐˜๐—ฟ๐—ฎ๐˜‚๐—บ๐—ฎ: is trauma obtained from supporting others who have experienced trauma. There can be a build up of stress over time that can cause changes to one’s psychological, physical & spiritual well-being.
